HOTEL CHEVAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

General Policies:

• Rooms are single or double occupancy and subject to 14.5% hotel tax

• All rooms have one (1) California-King-sized bed. Additional persons are limited to specific rooms, midweek, non-holiday periods, and by pre-arrangement only. An additional fee will be assessed per day for 3rd person occupancy

• We do not provide roll-away beds or cribs

• No unaccompanied minor(s) may spend the night alone in our guestrooms

• Per California Law: Any minor under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult when staying as a guest at a hotel or motel

• Weekends require a minimum two-night stay on Friday and Saturday nights

• For the comfort of all guests, smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property

• Dogs are welcome—$50 per night, with a $150 per dog maximum, per stay. Please see our dog policy for additional information

• Our check-in time is after 3:00 pm. Check-out time is 11:00 am

Cancellation Policy:

• You may cancel your reservation for no charge until seven (7) days prior to your date of arrival

• If you cancel with less than seven (7) days' notice, we will assess a fee of the full amount of your stay (as displayed on your confirmation letter)

• Wine Festival weekends or other special weekend events require fourteen (14) days cancellation notice

• For the Group Booking cancellations policy [five (5) rooms or more], please refer to your Group Booking Contract

• Local hotel date & time apply to all cancellation policies

GROUP RESERVATIONS:

• One (1) to four (4) rooms do not require a Group Booking Contract

• Five (5) to Nine (9) rooms require a Group Booking Contract

• Ten (10) or more rooms require a Full Buyout Contract
